The Azadi Pledge 2026

On the 80th Independence Day of my nation, I solemnly pledge:

  1. I will hoist the Tiranga at my home with pride and respect, following the Flag Code of India. मैं गर्व और सम्मान के साथ अपने घर पर तिरंगा फहराऊँगा/फहराऊँगी और ध्वज संहिता का पालन करूँगा/करूँगी।
  2. I will always honour our national flag, our national anthem, and the sacrifices of our freedom fighters. मैं राष्ट्रीय ध्वज, राष्ट्रगान और स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों के बलिदान का सदैव सम्मान करूँगा/करूँगी।
  3. I will respect every Indian regardless of religion, language, caste or region — Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat. मैं धर्म, भाषा, जाति और क्षेत्र से ऊपर उठकर हर भारतीय का सम्मान करूँगा/करूँगी।
  4. I will fulfil my duties as a citizen — follow the law, protect public property and keep my surroundings clean. मैं एक नागरिक के रूप में अपने कर्तव्यों का पालन करूँगा/करूँगी और सार्वजनिक संपत्ति की रक्षा करूँगा/करूँगी।
  5. I will learn new skills and use technology and Artificial Intelligence honestly and ethically, for the good of society. मैं नए कौशल सीखूँगा/सीखूँगी और तकनीक व आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस का उपयोग ईमानदारी और नैतिकता के साथ करूँगा/करूँगी।
  6. I will use my knowledge to solve the real problems of my country, not for myself alone. मैं अपने ज्ञान का उपयोग देश की वास्तविक समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए करूँगा/करूँगी।
  7. I will contribute to building a Viksit Bharat by 2047 — the 100th year of our independence. मैं 2047 तक विकसित भारत के निर्माण में अपना योगदान दूँगा/दूँगी।

Is the certificate really free?

Yes. Taking the pledge and downloading your certificate is completely free. There is no payment step, no login and no hidden charge.

Is this an official Government of India certificate?

No. This is an independent citizen initiative by Aimanthan.org and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government body. The official Har Ghar Tiranga selfie upload is a separate activity carried out on the Government of India portal.

How is a certificate verified?

Every certificate carries a unique number such as AZD-2026-00001 and a QR code. Scanning the QR, or entering the number in the Verify section on this page, displays the recorded pledge details.

Can my school or college get a certificate?

Yes. Once 25 or more students enter the same institution name while taking the pledge, anyone can download a Participating Institution Certificate from the Schools section above. Please ask everyone to spell the institution name identically.

The download button is not working on my phone. What should I do?

Wait a few seconds for the certificate to fully load, then press Download again. If it still does not work, take a screenshot, or open the page on a laptop. You can always return to your certificate later using its number in the Verify section.
